Terms of Use

End User License Agreement · 1 June 2026

By downloading or using GlazeBench you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1. License

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use GlazeBench on Apple devices you own or control, in accordance with Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement, and on Android devices in accordance with the Google Play Terms of Service.

2. Guidance only — verify your data

GlazeBench provides calculations, oxide analyses, and firing suggestions for informational purposes only. Raw material analyses vary between suppliers and batches. You are responsible for verifying every value against your supplier's current technical data sheet before mixing or firing.

3. Safety

Glaze materials can be hazardous. Some raw materials are toxic in their raw state and glazes may be unsuitable for food surfaces without appropriate testing (e.g. leach testing). You are solely responsible for safe handling, ventilation, and food-safety testing. We are not liable for any loss, injury, or damaged work arising from use of the app.

4. Subscriptions

Pro is an auto-renewing annual subscription billed through your Apple ID or Google account. It renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel in your App Store or Google Play account settings.

5. Your content

You retain ownership of the recipes and data you create. You grant us only the limited rights needed to store and sync that data for you if you enable sync.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GlazeBench is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the preceding 12 months.
